Order Processing

Orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to process before they ship. During busy or seasonal stretches, that might stretch out a little longer, but we're working through orders in the order they come in, no cutting the line.

You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We ship within the United States using one or more trusted shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and available shipping options.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can watch it make its way to you.

Estimated delivery dates come from the carrier and can shift because of weather, carrier delays, or other things neither of us can control.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Once your order is placed, we can't change it or cancel it. We move fast on processing so your seeds get to you quickly, and that means there's no window to catch a change before it's already on its way.

So before you hit that checkout button, give your cart one more look. Right items, right address, right amount. Future you will thank present you.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

We're not responsible for delays, losses, or misdelivered packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

If an order gets sent back to us because of a bad address, additional shipping charges may apply before we can send it out again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we're not able to take responsibility for it if it goes missing or gets stolen after that point. It happens, and we know it's frustrating, but once it's in the carrier's hands and marked delivered, it's genuinely out of ours too.
